Light of the World
This is a painting reflection of Matthew 5:14-16 when I was gazing at the sunset of Tampa intercostal bay. I just heard the news about the red tide contamination during this time and I went as I walk down the bay. I was flooded with joy when I saw the sunset reflecting on the water and the Glory of God cannot be stopped by water contamination. It was a beautiful amazing view that brought me back to Matthew 5;14-16. “You are the light of Christ to the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden, nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence, and recognize and honor and glory your Father who is in heaven.” It is us who reflect our God the Father and the light of the world in us and may His Glory shine through us so that people will see Him and give Glory to our Heavenly Father.
